How long to wait until i can apply at fedex ground again after being fired?

I was working at fedex ground for 2 years up until recently and got fired for 3 violations, which is about the limit. How long do i have to wait before i can re-apply there and possibly get hired back if i choose to apply there again?

Most places have you wait six months to a year so you are completely out of the system. And I recommend saying you didn't work there before because if you say you were fired for violations they're going to assume you'll do it again.

I think you should read the company policy or should ask the HR Managers whether they allow people to re-apply or not? BTW my friendly advice to you is try somewhere else and don't waste your time.
