I believe the idea behind getting a PO BOX is to be able to stay anonymous. Thus unless you post yourself on surveillance at the post office and see who opens the box, your probably out of luck. The US postal service will not provide the info.
However searching the Internet for the PO BOX number, you might get lucky.

do a search for "reverse p.o. box search" would be all i can think of. I doubt you find one though.
